Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his column "Sy n'sy", spoke about the order issued a few days ago for the surrender of the directors of the country's municipalities.

Rama said that the resignations of local directors were a necessity. The most typical case for this is Vlora, the prime minister explained.

Rama said that in Vlora, after the resignations, a significant change is taking place, which has not required additional budget, but a change that has only occurred with more dedication.

The Prime Minister said that changes in the ranks of directors should occur in every large municipality in the country where there are untapped human resources.

" The resignations of directors are a necessity, to give it a new pulse and to address issues related to great commitment. Vlora is a typical case, where a change is happening. It is not a change with an additional budget, but with attention and commitment. None of those who led for years have to stay there for another year. Everywhere, in all the large municipalities of the country where there are unused human resources ," said Rama./ CNA
