The member of the Presidency of the DP, Edith Harxhi, spoke about the Open Balkans, considering it as an initiative of two leaders, Rama and Vucic, who only have their personal problems to hide or to progress.

Also, Harxhi stopped at the Port of Durrës, calling it a corrupt affair in which Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic is also involved, since it is the same Elmar group company that has left half of the works on the Danube River in Belgrade.

“Ballkani i Hapur është një iniciativë e dy liderëve të cilët kanë vetëm problemet e tyre personale për ti fshehur apo për ti përparuar. Porti i Durrësit është e njëjta kompani që ka lënë përgjysëm punimet në ishullin e lumit të Danubit në Beograd, grupi Elmar dhe mendoj se këto kanë lidhje. Arsyeja se përse vjen në Shqipëri e njëjta kompani grupi Elmar dhe Rama i jep një nga pikat më strategjike të vendit, është e lidhur me afera të ndryshme personale ku mendoj se është i përfshirë edhe Aleksandër Vuçiç në këtë rast përderisa është e njëjta kompani.
