The candidate of the PD Primaries for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, started the morning of today, where the race is taking place, by calling on the citizens to vote.
Through a status on social networks, Kelliçi writes that today is the day to decide and that Tirana is waiting for the opposition alternative.

The race will be strong in Tirana, where 7 candidates will be voted by the DP membership and sympathizers.
