The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, after the meeting of the DP group, said that the President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, with the scarf of Enver's pioneer, is simply a tool of the party and the regime. 

"With the scarf of the pioneer of Enver, the president of the Supreme Court, apart from the party leader, these are not even ashamed to hide and disguise themselves, but they are already clearly showing that they are simply tools of the regime's party. As we know, there is a decision of KLGJ which approves the code of ethics signed by Naureda Llagami as president and point 6/b in the second chapter is cited in fair discourse; that the judge must avoid behaviors that create the impression that he is politically engaged. Noka demands that the Supreme Council of the Judiciary initiate a disciplinary investigation for the head of the Supreme Court, as he appeared with communist symbols. 

"On the basis of the Code of Ethics, approved by the KLJJ, automatically Madam President and the members who have signed this, should take the initiative to investigate and take measures. On behalf of the DP, I do not expect them to do a thing like that because they are all political troops. Some wear the scarf and some don't, they show more zeal than the scarf," said Noka./ CNA
