The Socialists take the decision on the Xhaçka mandate

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the SP Bledi Çuçi said in the plenary session regarding the mandate of the socialist deputy Olta Xhaçka, that they have prepared the report and that it is in the system.

He said that they will vote on the draft decision and send it to the Constitutional Court. 

"We have finished the report and I do not doubt that it is in the system. Regarding the implementation or not of the Constitutional Court, I believe that this has been exhausted as we said in the meeting of the Bureau, we have implemented the decision from the first moment we said that it annuls the two decisions taken by the Assembly regarding the incompatibility of Olta Xhaçka's mandate. We have made it clear that we would send the case to the Assembly to make a decision on the examination of Xhaçka's mandate as defined by the Constitution. Today we will vote on a draft decision to send the case to the Constitutional Court", said Çuçi. /CNA
