The Deputy Chairwoman of the Media Commission, Evis Kushi, has confirmed the investigation conducted by CNA, stating that the RTSH Steering Council and Chairman Leka Bungo are in a conflict of interest.
"There is no question, he has repeatedly failed to fulfill his obligations and violated the statute and the law."
