The Conference of Chairmen dismissed for the third time the opposition's request for the establishment of an Investigative Commission for the prevention of conflict of interest for the abuse of public funds.

After this decision taken by a majority of votes, MP Jorida Tabaku spoke to the media.

She stated that she will send the establishment of the Investigative Commission as a matter to the Constitutional Court.

"The majority rejected again for us to set up an Investigative Commission, we are entitled to this by law. No one can reject the right of the opposition, it is turning into a norm that the majority already decides for the establishment of Investigative Commissions. This was also rejected because I believe it will have the same fate as the others and will go to the Constitutional Court", Tabaku emphasized./ CNA
