A 4-year-old child together with his mother appeared at the relevant voting center, but did not follow the regular procedure. He took the two ballots and went out of the voting center, from where he left, this illegal action and considered "deliberate damage to election material".
The 44-year-old citizen was caught red-handed and escorted by the police.
