Deputy Ina Zhupa has denounced the names of Saranda Municipality officials, whom she says are intimidating the citizens.
According to her, the vice-mayor of Saranda Municipality, Lindita Qendro, Director Mariel Murati, Director Arjan Kalcuni, Director Alket Qendro are putting pressure on the citizens to vote.
"Directors of public institutions of Saranda! Vice Mayor of Saranda Lindita Qendro, Director Mariel Murati, Director Arjan Kalcuni, Director Alket Qendro. Urgently stop intimidation of citizens outside the polling stations. Let the residents of Saranda and Ksamil be free to vote. Our fellow citizens are smart enough and aware of what is the alternative that represents them. You have become rich at their expense, they are not like you, owners of hotels and builders of buildings, occupiers of land and public property.
They know you very well, they know what you represent and what you want to get from the Municipality. They are free citizens and as such they want to free that institution from the clutches of the property mafia that wants to take over it. We guarantee you that we know you name by name, you intimidating, we know your exploits and mindsets. More! Blendi Klosi and his gang will leave tomorrow, while you will live again with your fellow citizens. Don't be complicit in the crime, give up before it's too late," writes Zhupa. /CNA.al
