The Mayor of Shkodër, Bardh Spahia, also a candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition in these elections, voted a little while ago.

After the vote, Spahia spoke to the media where he called on the voters of Shkodra to give their contribution to keep Shkodra untouched by crime and corruption, implying the continuation of the right wing at the head of the municipality for the next 4 years.

He also expressed the desire for more citizens to vote and why there was a delay in the start of the election process.

" It is a day where our citizens, through voting, once again return the shine for the next 4 years to Shkodra of art and culture, away from crime and corruption. I invite them to massively come out and exercise our civic right, our civic duty through their vote.

We had a delay in starting the procedures at the beginning of voting, but I hope that the presence of citizens will increase as much as possible", he said./ CNA.al
