Rekord bojkoti në procesin e votimit

Teksa vijon procesi i votimit në të gjithë vendin, shifrat e publikuara nga KQZ për pjesëmarrjen e votuesve në zgjedhje tregojnë se ka një rënie histroike të nurit të votuesve.

Në të dhënat e publikuara, deri në orën 10:00 pjesëmarrja ka qenë 8.08 %. Nga 5213 qendera votimi në total, janë raportuar 2740.

Deri më tani kanë votuar 158 904 qytetarë nga 1966898 zgjedhës në listën e qendrave të Votimit të raportuara.

Ky është një bojkot masiv, por mund të jetë një lëvizje taktike elektorale e palëve për të nxjerrë qytetarët  për të votuar më vonë.

Kujtojmë se procesi i votimit ka nisur  në orën 07.00 të mëngjesit por menjëherë është hasur me probleme , sistemi PEI i cili mundëson identifikimin biometrik të votëuesve nuk ka funksionuar në shumë qendra votimi.

Kjo ka bërë të shtyhet procesi në Tiranë, Durrës, Kavajë si dhe në shumë qarqe të tjera të vendit . Kryekomisioneri Ilirjan Celibashi më herët në një deklaratë tha se do të kalohet në procesin e identifikimit tradicional./ CNA.al
