Denunciations, incidents and problems with ballot boxes/ Celibashi gives details

The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, has shown the report on the progress of the election process so far. Celibashi has revealed all the problems that have been identified. He informed that in Fierza and Shijak there were short power outages. There were also problems with the amount of ballots in Fier and Peqin.

In two polling stations there were problems with the ballot box. Two incidents were recorded, one in Fushë Krujë and another in Dibër. There were also denunciations in the CEC application related to irregularities in the actions of the members of the commission, the PEI system and the access of some unauthorized persons to some polling stations.

" There have been short power outages in Fierza and Shijak. We had problems with the amount of ballots in Fier and Peqin.

Two polling stations had problems with the ballot box. We have a report that comes directly from the voting centers on the number of voters who were present in the early hours of the morning, 21%. From communication with the State Police, we have 2 incidents, one in Fushë Krujë and another in Dibër.

We have several cases of denunciations. There are 14 complaints administered so far by the CEC through the application.

Related to irregularities with the actions of the members of the PEI commissions, problems of access to some centers by persons with disabilities, such as in Kamez, Selenica, Dropull. We received complaints about registration ink and unauthorized presence near voting facilities.

We had a concern raised about the electronic voting process in Elbasan.
