Sali Berisha, the leader of the We Win Together coalition, in a statement to the media, mentioned again the fact that the police number is out of order.

Berisha announced that the opposition will defend the vote of the eyqttears while calling again to vote en masse.

" First, I am here to sincerely thank all those Albanian citizens who have come from dozens and dozens of countries on different continents to sign the change today with their vote.

Gratitude to them is boundless.

Secondly, I want to sincerely thank all those Albanian citizens who, from seven o'clock in the morning until this time, showed up and cast their votes in the ballot boxes.

They have performed an extremely important constitutional duty for their country, themselves and their family.

Thirdly, I call on all citizens who have not yet voted, to vote, to appear in the following hours near their centers and to vote as an extraordinary service they are doing to their country, themselves and their families.

Finally, I guarantee the citizens that the opposition is supervising this process with complete success. Today it is more powerful than ever. Their vote has the absolute protection of the Albanian opposition.

Every kind of effort that the narco-administration, the narco-state is making, is destined to fail, fail and only fail.
