Territorial Reform/ Berisha: Here's why Rama came to the Parliament

DP leader Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media before the Parliament, stated that the majority has decided to stop the territorial reform.

Berisha said that because Rama wants to steal the elections, he has decided to dissolve several municipalities.

According to Berisha, Rama went to the Assembly today to interrupt the debate and move the draft laws and draft resolutions directly to the vote.

"The criminal majority, determined to stop the territorial reform and bury it after a year of work on a new reform for the interests of citizens, due to its entirely electoral project, among which it unites Rrogozhina with Kavaja in the hope that it can change the electoral conviction, Librazhd with Prrenjas, Këlcyra with Përmet and a series of other municipalities, comes to interrupt the debate and orders the voting without debate of all the illegal acts that have been presented today. This is evidence of a narco-dictator who does not respect the Constitution except for his evil will. He is doing everything to manipulate power and steal the elections.
