Berisha: Elisa the dove in Wonderland does not deserve a response

Prime Minister Sali Berisha took his speech in the Assembly after Socialist MP Elisa Spiropali.

Berisha stated that the MP does not deserve any response, but, according to him, we should only talk about the violence that, according to him, was exercised during the protest.

"Elisa the dove in Wonderland deserves no response. This is my reply to her. Today the biggest problem is the barbarity exercised against protesters. A man is fighting in the hospital emergency room, his ribs have been broken and his skull has been damaged. There is no more unworthy session in the history of this Parliament than today. This is my reply to the dove in Wonderland," Berisha said.

Earlier during her speech at the podium, Spiropali addressed Berisha regarding the protests taking place in the country and their demands.

"Sali Berisha has the courage to change the electoral system that keeps him at the head of a party whose MPs fear him ," said Spiropali. /CNA
