DAP activity report for 2024/ Pirdeni: We aim to reformat the leadership model

The Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption, Adea Pirdeni, has presented the report on the activities of the Department of Public Administration for 2024.

Pirdeni, in presenting the report, said that in 2024, the public sector attendance rate reached 103%, with 711 new employees for the year behind us.

The Minister also said that for the first time in 2024, a motivation package for the public sector was introduced. A package from which, according to Pirden, several initiatives have been implemented so far, aimed at increasing the welfare of the administration.

Further, Pirdeni said that during 2024, DAP has been engaged in the review of two laws related to civil servants and state administration. In presenting the DAP's activities for 2024, Pirdeni said that the aim is to reformat the model of high-level managers.

“ The annual admission rate has reached 103%. 711 new employees were recruited in the public sector. The level of implementation of final decisions has increased to 86.6%.

In 2024, we introduced for the first time a motivation package for the public sector, based on 4 main pillars. Several initiatives of this package have already been implemented, with the aim of increasing the well-being of public administration employees.

DAP has been engaged in the review of two laws, the one on civil servants and the one on state administration.

We aim to reformat the model of high-level leaders. We are conducting a complete mapping of all our capacities to achieve EU membership in time by 2027.
