"I don't know if there are any democrats left in the administration"/ Korreshi ironically compared to civil servants

"I don't know if there are any democrats left in the

Democratic Party MP Saimir Korreshi, during the report of the Civil Service Supervision Commissioner to the Laws Committee, ironized the employment of socialists in the administration.

Korreshi, addressing Pranvera Strakosha, asked if there were any civil servants without a PS card. The democrat further told the majority MPs that they should ask this question.

He also asked Strakosha if there were any democrats in the administration after 12 years of socialist rule.

" Has any civil servant who does not have an SP card been saved? If any have been saved, we must give them credit for this being their fourth term, we cannot undo this. You in the majority should have asked this question. As far as I know, there has been no democrat left in any public administration in these 12 years ," declared Korreshi.

 

The MP also touched on cases where civil servants have won a lawsuit to return to work, bringing up a personal case. Korreshi said that his cousin won a lawsuit to return to work, but after she had passed away.

 

" My aunt's daughter had won the trial to return to work, but she had passed away when the decision came ," said Korreshi.
