Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama held a "one-on-one" meeting with the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, where he discussed the tensions in Kosovo.

Rama showed details of the conversation with Vu?i? during a connection with Blendi Fevziu's show. The head of the government said that he asked him for the Kosovo Serbs to return to institutions.

"The necessity for Serbs to return to institutions. The abandonment of the elections by the Serbs, a thoughtless, emotional thing and created a vacuum, the consequence is what happened. Both sides need to step up and they need to do it quickly, not just in my opinion, but in everyone's opinion. End this spectacle of policemen and armies.

I know one thing for sure that what is happening is seriously hurting Kosovo in the eyes of the democratic world and this is not right to happen. Kosovo was within its right to hold elections, it was within its right not to allow a vacuum, but here we enter another phase, the moment this turns into a reason for conflict, a solution is needed. Serbs should return to institutions and life should continue normally", declared the prime minister./ CNA.al
