The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, said that on May 14, in Kuçovo, a state and electoral crime was committed.

Blushi denounced the irregularities in Ku?ovo, from the lack of camera surveillance of a counting environment to the intentional smearing for invalidity.

Tedi Blushi published a video, which, according to him, proves that the Municipality of Kuçova has been robbed by the narco-state and the mandate has been stolen.

As he denounced what he called "facts of manipulation", Blushi said that denouncing the election massacre is a patriotic mission without return.

"We will continue the denunciations of the May 14 massacre until the truth is fully revealed," said Tedi Blushi.

In Kuçovo, on May 14, a terrible state and electoral crime was committed.

Another irrefutable film evidence, recently made public, proves the shocking fact and the early denunciation of the Freedom Party that the Municipality of Kuçova was robbed by the narco-state and that the "Rilindja" candidate did not win the elections, but stole the mandate .

This video, taken from the security cameras of the Kuçovo Regional Economic Development Zone, clearly shows how the criminal machinery of "Rilindja" fills the boxes with ballots coming from abroad and that the counters have not actually read the will of the voters, but of the party-state.

The electoral slaughter is clearer than ever and this extra proof is enough not only to set SPAK and justice in motion, but also for the elections in Ku?ovo not to be accepted.

More blatant evidence than these cannot be required and this electoral crime cannot be closed without Punishment.

Albanian justice must act immediately, as the silence about this proven manipulation in Kuçovo, as in the whole of Albania, makes it responsible and complicit in the election carnage, the worst that the country has ever seen in pluralism.

It is now a fact that every moment of the electoral process in Ku?ovo has been manipulated, compromised and in flagrant violation of the Electoral Code, the right and freedom of the citizens, to choose honestly and based on their will, the President of next of the Municipality.

Kuçova is today the clearest example of the consumption of all types of electoral crimes, which we are bringing to your attention once again:

1) First, the counting room in the Municipality of Kuçova was divided into two rooms, where one of them was not monitored by cameras, was unlit and contained many other materials. There is even today a secret connecting door to the school premises, which was not closed during the counting process. Despite the continued demands of our CEAZ member to close the door, this was not accepted by the rest of CEAZ;

2) Another fact is the deliberate smearing with ink of many ballot papers for Mayor in the city boxes, to make the votes invalid;

3) In 2 boxes of the city, specifically in VC no. 3516 (Vodëz) and 3528/1 (Technikum), there were inconsistencies of security seals, found by the Vote Counting Group and disputed by the member of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" in this counting group;

4) The security camera (which in these elections was only one, unlike the previous elections, where the entire environment was monitored with security cameras) did not have a field of view over the counting table 5.

5) Scandalous was the situation in Lumas, where the people who showed up to vote were not the ones who appeared on their ID cards. This fact was ascertained by the commissioner of "Bashke Fitomje" in VC no. 3417, in the village of Krekëz, who has kept the relevant records. We have verified that the citizens, whose card was presented by other persons for voting, are outside the territory of Albania since the months of February and March, a fact which was also filed in our report to SPAK. Specifically, the citizen with the initials LT, born on February 11, 1985, left for Greece on February 27, 2023;

6) The scandalous fact is that of group voting, which has been proven with photos by our observers;

7) Another fact is that of voting outside the polling station, which is evidenced by the photo. This election crime happened in the VC no. 3527 and 3527/1, Garden No. 3;

8) Another proof of manipulation of the process is the seal of the Chairman of the VC no. 3504, in Kozare, which was not inside the voting materials in the box, but was hidden by the Chairman of KZAZ in another box, which was also evidenced by a photo. Also, this stamp came with a sealed envelope from the Ministry of the Interior, while the only institution charged by law with the distribution of election materials is the CEC.

Denouncing the election massacre that took place on May 14 is a patriotic mission with no return, until the truth is fully revealed and the institution of free and honest voting is installed once and for all./ CNA.al
