Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his speech during the meeting with the mayors of the country's municipalities, gave an ultimatum regarding the heads of administrative units in the country.

Rama demanded today that the heads of the administrative units of the Republic of Albania be dismissed by Monday, July 14.

Rama added that this change will allow more capable individuals to take office.

"The heads of the administrative units of the Republic of Albania should always be dismissed. They are given the opportunity, but by giving the opportunity to others who may be more capable than them. I hope that on Monday they will all be dismissed," said Rama. /CNA
