Prime Minister Edi Rama has been tough with Greece, as he has spoken about the issue of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

Rama said that the Greek side does not listen to any argument, but insists that politics resolve a matter that is in the hands of justice.

He emphasized that in fact there is no real debate between the two countries and therefore he does not like to talk about the Beler issue.

"I don't want to repeat some things to the point of annoyance whenever it comes to the activity of the justice bodies, especially SPAK, so I apologize for the inconvenience that follows. Look carefully at what is currently being discussed between us and Greece, or more precisely what the Greek side is asking from us, from the government, from me. How is it possible that the Greek side does not listen to any argument, but only insists that, as they say, our political will must resolve a matter for which these new bodies of justice have taken their actions and given their decisions regardless of us and them. I do not want to repeat here what I have said publicly on the matter itself. I have nothing new to say and we have no real debate", underlined the head of the government./ CNA
