Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama visited the Former Autotractor Factory, which according to him will be revived as a Military Industry facility.

One of the residents of that area expressed concern to the Prime Minister regarding the infrastructure in this area, according to whom the roads are full of potholes.

He also denounced that even if someone builds a chicken coop, the IMT and the Municipal Police demand a bribe.

"I have some concerns. We are suffering a lot from the potholed roads. I'd like to tell you that I don't know if they're telling you or not. We're not okay."

I didn't come here to say about the legalizations that I did myself. I did it like everyone else. There is a possibility for the roads to be fixed.

"If you want to build a chicken coop, the IMT, IKMT and the Municipal Police come to you and say 5 each, 5 each, 20 thousand euros," the citizen said.

On the other hand, Rama stated that if there is such a case, citizens should report it.

I do not rule out that there are such individuals. But when you say the police are very large, there are 9 thousand people," said the prime minister.
