Democratic Party MP Edi Paloka, invited to Syri TV, analyzed the opposition action that is expected to escalate into protests. Paloka said that he thinks that the DP should maintain radical positions towards Rama because if he continues to be prime minister, there will be no elections because we are in a dictatorship.

 

"My positions have always been public, both before and after the elections. I believe I am reaching out to people who are for radical positions."

I said that I was one of the people who insisted on handing over and burning the mandates in the past. Something that was then criticized, severely attacked, and we were even told 'you sold the mandates to Edi Rama'.

I said that I was one of the first fighters, even to avoid entering the local elections, I certainly wasn't one for us to get up on election day and start singing to Edi Rama.

We had another decision at that time. A decision that some branches implemented, but surprisingly, on the orders of the then president, most branches canceled the decision we had made.

I reminded them of this to say that I was for radical decisions and I always am for radical positions in a dictatorship like we are in today, because we are in a dictatorship. I have said this before the elections, for years.
