The Tirana Prosecution Office has requested the dismissal of the case regarding the tent placed by Adriana Kalaja in her apartment.

An event that occurred about a year ago and for which the prosecution argues that it does not fall under construction that requires a permit.

Kalaja herself has reacted to this, continuing the accusations against Rama and Veliaj in a post on social media.

Kalaja says that the case ended in court after she had come out against the mafia with concrete acts, referring to construction in the capital.

Another victory over the invaders of Tirana

I believe you all remember how over 40 invaders in government uniforms attacked my tent "without permission" last August.

Since the invaders did not achieve their goal of demolishing it due to my resistance, which in fact you all should do, they fined me 5 million lek and charged me with criminal charges "for illegal construction."

The Tirana Prosecutor (to whom I express all my consideration because I know how much intervention has been made to the contrary), has decided:

- Discontinuation of criminal proceedings....(photos 1-3).

In her reasoning, the prosecutor, like me in the administrative lawsuit being tried, has raised two essential issues:

1. Is there construction?

2. And if there is construction, is it without a permit or not?

Since there is no construction (construction has its own conditions to be called such), since it is about the Sun Tent, the first issue falls and consequently the second issue of "unauthorized construction" falls.

Especially with his "spy" role in this macabre crime against Tirana and Albania.
