"Diaspora votes are being manipulated"/ Topalli: SPAK should

The political delegate of the Democratic Party for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, held a press conference with journalists today. From the DP headquarters, Topalli accused the diaspora of manipulating votes.

Topalli said that there have also been cases where those who voted abroad find their names on the list in Albania. Topalli considered this situation a violation of the rules of the Electoral Code.

Topalli asked the internationals and the Special Prosecution Office SPAK to initiate checks and investigations.

"We are not simply in conditions of electoral violations, but this is happening in all gambling establishments. This is called manipulation of the election results in Greece."

I ask the OSCE/ODIHR to have international control. We ask for monitoring from them. The CEC to audit the company and check the ballot boxes during delivery to Greece. We ask SPAK to investigate who are those who are breaking the will of citizens who express their position.

It is happening that those who voted abroad find their names on the list in Albania. We are in conditions where the rules of the Electoral Code have not been respected.
