Rama from 'Skënderbej' Square: Get ready for the Giro

Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a short video post on the social network 'Facebook', shared with his followers some of the preparations for the two important events that will take place in Tirana.

In the video, Rama appears in the main square in the capital, 'Skënderbej' Square, from where he states that the major preparations for the Giro D'Italia are being completed.

On the other hand, preparations are underway for the European Summit to be held on May 16.

Rama said that for this political event alone, 200 television stations from around the world will come to the country.

"Here, here in Skanderbeg Square, where on the one hand we are preparing to welcome all of Europe on May 16, but in the meantime we are completing the great preparation of the Giro D'Italia (La grande partenza) of the Giro d'Italia in 48 hours. A fantastic event for 200 televisions around the world, which will showcase Albania, Europe and the Balkans. And I am very happy that in 3 days in a row Albania will show all its splendor in the eyes of the whole world. And on the other hand, Albanians of all ages, especially children, will enjoy the legendary Giro d'Italia, here in our land", said Rama.
