Democratic Party MP Besart Xhaferri has reacted on social media to the floods in Durrës, focusing on Rama's reaction.

Xhaferri writes that the Durrës Hydropower Plant is just like the Tirana incinerator, ineffective.

Focusing on Rama's reaction, who said that the garbage thrown by citizens is to blame, Xhaferri said that this waste is not cleaned by the Municipality of Durrës.

Further, the Democratic MP writes that the Municipality of Durrës has been allocating millions of euros for years.

The Municipality of Durrës has been run by the Socialists since 2000, who have also led the government since 2013.

Today, from Paris, where he once slept under river bridges, Edi Rama blamed the apocalyptic floods on the citizens of Durrës for throwing waste into the sewage canals, which the Municipality of Durrës has not cleaned for years.

According to him, this is the cause of the floods and not the malfunction of the Durrës hydroelectric plant, which cost 20 million dollars and is as ineffective as the Tirana Incinerator.

The question I have for the Prime Minister is, why is this waste in the Durrës canals and not in the Tirana Incinerator, for which 17 documents were signed in one day and an 8% bonus was given to a company that does not exist?
