He used insulting words against Taulant Balla/ Petri Vasili is expelled from the

Ilir Meta's Freedom Party MP, Petrit Vasili, held a fierce debate in the plenary session with Taulant Balla.

Among other things, he addressed the head of the SP parliamentary group with the words schizophrenic and idiot, which seems not to have been well received by the socialists.

Following the request of the SP deputies, the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics decided that Petrit Vasili be expelled from the Assembly for 5 days.

Në drejtimin e znj. Klotilda Bushka, ditën e sotme u mblodh Sekretariati për Procedurat, Votimet dhe Etikën, për shqyrtimin e kërkesës së grupit Parlamentar të Partisë Socialiste, marrë shkas nga sjellja joparlamentare e deputetit z. Petrit Vasili, ku gjatë leximit dhe interpretimit jo të saktë të Rregullores së Kuvendit dhe në kundërshtim me procedurat, ju drejtua me fjalë fyese Kryetarit te Grupit të PS, z. Balla, në fillim të punimeve te seancës plenare, datë 24.11.2022.

Në zbatim të nenit 63 pika ç dhe nenit 65/1 të Rregullores së Kuvendit, Sekretariati vendosi me 3 vota Pro, marrjen e masës disiplinore “Përjashtim nga pjesëmarrja në komisione dhe në seancë plenare për 5 (pesë) ditë” për deputetin z. Petrit Vasili.

Ky vendim hyn në fuqi në datën 25.11.2022/CNA.al
