The session of the Assembly did not start as planned.

Since the opening, it has started with strong debates, as the majority has given consent not to extend the time limits of the discussions on the agreement for the Port of Durrës.

After that, the situation became tense and the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, together with other members of the opposition, blocked the pulpit and started live speeches from social networks.

While Prime Minister Edi Rama was speaking, Berisha was sometimes seen talking to ministers, sometimes drinking coffee, and then holding his head in his hands.
