The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during his direct communication with the citizens on "Facebook", was asked how he will solve the problem of vote theft.

In his speech, Berisha said that the DP will propose forced voting, a mechanism which, according to him, will avoid citizens who do not go to vote staying at home.

"We will ask for compulsory voting to be established by law. This will avoid those who do not come to vote staying at home. One of the mechanisms that Rama uses and that is used by the cliques, is the execution of the vote without casting it in the box. The obligation to participate in voting is a positive obligation to exercise a fundamental right. Countries that have had a problem with vote buying have established this law and this law has succeeded in eliminating this phenomenon," said Berisha. /CNA.al
