"From the grassroots to the president"/ Kalaja: An analysis of the May

Former candidate on the Durrës list for the Democratic Party, Aulon Kalaja, stopped running today in the May 11 elections.

In a television appearance, Kalaja said that a full and detailed analysis of the results from the May 11 elections is needed.

Kalaja stated that this analysis should go from the grassroots to the mayor and described it as a delayed process.

"First, an analysis of May 11 must be done. It must be done box by box. In politics, the expression that no prophet takes his place in his own country has no place. If they are not political animals, they cannot enter politics. Now we should be on the electoral farce or somewhere else. The analysis must go from the grassroots to the president. The analysis is overdue. We cannot make excuses to wait for OSCE-ODIHR. Because we do not expect internationals to understand what happened on May 11. We must be serious with the candidacies. We need an honest analysis", - said Aulon Kalaja. /CNA
