"We will not withdraw without removing the mayor and the chief thief of Tirana from office"

This is the aim and goal of the opposition to free the capital captured by the thieving directors of the mayor Erion Veliaj, through tenders and affairs that cost Albanian taxpayers millions of euros.

The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, highlights the fact that the corruption planted by Veliaj with the thieving directors have turned Tirana into a stolen city, without a theater, without a gallery, without a library, without a circus, without entertainment and educational facilities. without parks, without public spaces, with two-shift schools, without kindergartens, with the heaviest traffic in Europe and the most polluted air in the world.

Kelliçi emphasizes that no citizen of Tirana deserves all this.

The corruption of Veliaj is burning every day the dreams of young people and the hope of the capital city to live in a European metropolis.

For these reasons and more, the opposition calls on every citizen to join the next protest that will take place on April 26 at 11:00.

No citizen of Tirana deserves this reality, regardless of political distinction.

Therefore, for these reasons, and many others, we invite the citizens of Tirana again, next week, to the next protest, Friday, April 26, at 11:00, in front of the office of the de facto owner of the Tirana and 5D incinerator, Erion Veliaj.

We will not retire without removing the mayor and the chief thief of Tirana from office.

The Alliance for the Protection of the Theater in cooperation with the opposition is organizing protests in front of the City Hall.

Today was the third protest in front of the Municipality of Tirana, which from the start has the goal of removing Veliaj from the Municipality and facing him with justice.

Citizens have shown their anger in front of the theft scheme of the directors of Veliaj who are behind bars while others are expected to be arrested and are under investigation by SPAK.

The protests will not stop, the next one will be on April 26, 2024 at 11:00./ CNA
