The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, blames his ex-wife Monika Kryemadhi, regarding the accusations raised by SPAK regarding health expenses.

In a reaction from prison, Meta says that he declared every penny according to the law, but Kryemadhi lied to him about health expenses.

He claims that his ex-wife gave him false guarantees.

"Finally, I have to briefly state that in all the claims made by SPAK for the 20-year investigations against me, there are only two cases that I need to clarify.

The non-declaration according to them of my health expenses in 2013 in Vienna of 7341 Euros.

And in November 2014, the amount of 7984 Euros in the clinic, Austria.

So it is only about 15 thousand Euros in total in 20 years of investigations.

I must clarify that this was due to (false) assurances from my ex-wife that everything was paid for, declared by law.
