The Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja has reacted with harsh tones to the opposition, which has created debates about the law on forgiveness of fines.

Manja expressed his determination saying that even if the opposition accepts or not the unexecuted fines will be cancelled.

"I asked for the word about the procedure and what you want. I have been listening to you calmly and attentively since 10:00.

There is procedure and content. The procedure is very clear. This parliament has the right by law to cancel the fines. Does he have the right to cancel unexecuted fines over the years, yes, definitely. We will cancel them because we have the votes, we have the numbers to do it.

By law, it will cancel the fines that have not been executed so far. You are against the social measures undertaken by this parliament. There is an hour that you hold the parliament, no procedure, no crime, no gangs, join us to cancel the fines. Whether you like it or not, we will approve the law on unexecuted fines, respect", said Manja./ CNA
