The Constitutional Court, after a session that lasted 6 hours, overturned the first request of several political parties for the annulment of the amendments to the Electoral Code for closed lists.

The former MP Myslim Murrizi reacted harshly to this decision, who has accused the members of the Constitutional Court.

He raises claims that the members of this court have put themselves at the service of the rulers and have taken an unconstitutional decision.

The former deputy has stated that 8 of the members of the Constitutional Court have been promoted by the Democratic Party, while he asked the question of why they are making fun of her and why they reject every request.

When you have members of the Constitutional Court, such individuals without character and with a noose around their neck, I can't expect anyone to protect the Constitution, but they only serve the OCCUPANTS.

The Constitution clearly states that: NOT LESS THAN 2/3 OF THE LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR DEPUTIES ARE SUBJECTED TO PREFERRED VOTE OF THE CITIZENS

SO THIS IS CLEAR THAT EVERY POLITICAL SUBJECT CAN ALSO KEEP 100% OPEN LISTS

IT IS ALSO UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO HAVE TWO PARTIES OF DEPUTIES

ONE PARTY APPOINTED BY THE MAYORS AND ONE PARTY ELECTED BY THE CITIZENS

I AM CURIOUS TO SEE HOW ALIBEAJ'S MARSIDA VOTED SINCE ALIBEAJ WAS ONE OF THE PLAINTIFFS AND "LOVER" OF THE OPEN LISTS BECAUSE THERE IS NO PARTY TO HIDE AS HE WAS HIDDEN FOR 3 MANDATES (2009, 2017, 2021)

LOOKING AT THE CVS OF THE 8 MEMBERS STUCK IN THIS COURT MIND, ONE OF THEM GOT AWAY, WE ARE NOT SURPRISED THAT THEY ARE JUST SPIRITS WHO ARE PAID OVER 5 MILLION LEK PER MONTH FROM THE TAXES OF ALBANIANS

I was looking carefully at who the 9 members of the Constitutional Court are in order to understand what they are, where they come from, what they represent, what their career is, which political party has supported and promoted them over the years and during which time they have received support and privileges.

Based on their age, I see that only 3 out of 9 members started the faculty during the communist era and looking at the age of only these three, I can raise the question whether or not they were former security spies.

1- Marjana Semini, born in 1966

2- Gent Ibrahimi, born in 1970

3- Ilir Toska born in 1970

So theoretically, anyone who was 18 years old until December 1990 had the opportunity to be a security spy.

The other 6 members are born in 1974, 1975, 1976

Except ZJ Marjana Semini, who graduated from the faculty in 1988, i.e. in the time of communism, the other 8 members graduated after 1992.

When you see where they worked and how they were promoted, you see that 6 of them were promoted, supported, appointed and promoted during the PD government.

1-Ms. Semini was appointed for 4 years 2009-2013 as the director of the magistracy school, a school where judges and prosecutors are trained

So even though genetically he comes from the ultra-left Tutulani family, surprisingly he was promoted by the DP government

6- Ms. Elda Toska has been a legal advisor in the Constitutional Court since 2007 and before that time from 2000-2006 she worked at the Ombudsman since at that time the Ombudsman was Mr. Ermir Dobjani from Kavaja and Ms. Elda was born in Kavaj and is the daughter of Ermir Dobjani's brother

7-Ms. Fiona Papajorgji was appointed as the director of studies and publications of the Constitutional Court in 2009 and then until 2019 she was a legal advisor at the Constitutional Court

8- Mr. Gent Ibrahimi has been the main adviser of the reform in justice, which according to the Constitution should not be included in any institution of the new justice because it was open to conflict of interest, but not only Mr. Ibrahimi, but also others who drafted the reform are at the top today of this justice. Genti was also the chief of cabinet of Mr. Imami when he was the minister of justice and co-drafter of the 1998 constitution.

9- Ms. Holta Zaçaj, who is also the president of this Court, worked as a councilor in the municipality of Tirana when the mayor of this municipality was Zrama, but from 2003-2013 she was appointed as a teacher in the school of magistracy.

I am not doing your biography nor am I dealing with their CV, but when I see that out of 9 members, only one of them, Mr. Gent Ibrahimi, has not had a relationship and has not been appointed, promoted, supported or promoted under the PD government, then I wonder why are they so angry or against every request that is presented to this Court by the MPs of the DP or the DP itself??????

Why during the 13 years in power PD had a lot of fun and affection to promote, appoint, promote, reward such individuals???
