In a statement to the media, the head of the DP, Sali Berisha, spoke about the mandate of Olta Xhaçka and the fact that the deputies did not vote to take him to the Constitutional Court. 

According to Berisha, Prime Minister Edi Rama, through the Xhafaj commission, destroyed Article 70 of the Constitution, which defines the relations of the parliament with the Constitutional Court in cases where deputies abuse or act contrary to the foundation, the majority deputies for the second time blocked the implementation of Article 70 of the Constitution, which in point 3, it is sanctioned that deputies cannot perform any activity that originates from the activity of power.
