The member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi has accused the mayor Veliaj of being a thief for the new plan proposed for climate change, proposed by the owner of '5D' and the actual owner of the Tirana incinerator.

Erion Veliaj has presented a plan for climate change that will be implemented in Tirana, where he 'plants' concrete every day, but Malltezi has published the existence of such a plan since 2015, the year when Veliaj took over the leadership of the municipality of Tirana.

Malltezi writes that Veliaj has the plan there, but maybe he hasn't put it into practice because of his "bad biography", or he is washing some money and drawing up plans that he has in his drawer, he writes.
