The councilors of the opposition, Dorjan Teliti and Xhonatan Pano, have declared to the media that the mayor Erion Veliaj is abusing the figures for rental premises for the nurseries that should be built in Linza.

According to the contract, more than 15,000 euros of rent per month must be paid for the nurseries, a figure previously unheard of in the center of Tirana.

"Anyone who will sign these contracts with these prices, which are unheard of in the center of Tirana, will bear responsibility before the institutions of the Municipal Council, but also before justice.

One nursery in the Linza area is located in a building, it is 596 square meters, it costs 9 thousand euros, while the other nursery is 550 meters and 7200 euros per month.
During these 13 months, you have seen what policy and strategy Erion Veliaj has followed, zero transparency. This thing must end, the mayor and his team must end.

The tolerance we have had during these 13 months will come to an end. We have no more time to waste.
