Land in Gjipe/ Berisha, 7 questions for Rama
The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha

The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, again accused Prime Minister Edi Rama, regarding the land in Gjiri e Gjipe.

Berisha said that Rama has accepted the acquisition of the land in the Gulf of Gjipe and has confirmed that there is no cadastral document for it.

Regarding the land, he asked Rama 7 questions, during a press statement, this Thursday afternoon.

Full statement:

With his complete submission to the annihilating questions, his claims, his de facto frauds, the thief of Gjipe, Edvin Gjipea, admitted that he has publicly deceived the Albanians when he declared that he and his mother have never asked for 1 square meter of land, meanwhile that his late mother is a plaintiff in court against the Albanian state for 224 thousand square meters of land in the bay of Gjipe.

Land in Gjipe/ Berisha, 7 questions for Rama
Prime Minister Edi Rama

With his code of silence, Edvin Gjipea has also admitted that he, that is, his late mother and the Koleka family, have taken without any official cadastral document or expropriation document, 224 thousand square meters of land in the bay of Gjipea, the most panoramic area and the most touristic of the country.

Edvin Gjipea, caught red-handed in the biggest theft of land without official documents, after that of his friend Pëllumb Gjoka in Velipoja, could not present the map to prove that 224 thousand square meters of land were located as he declared somewhere above in mountain ranges and far from the seaside, but he admitted that he publicly deceived the Albanians because it has already been proven by investigative journalists that 13,300 square meters of land and the entire looted surface are located on the Vlorë-Himarë road and go down to the water's edge in the most panoramic area and most touristic of the Albanian coast.

Likewise, he remained silent and did not dare to answer the pressing questions about why Artan Lame of ATP and the Cadastre of Vlora rejected the request for the recognition and return of this land, his late mother and the Koleka family, and he could not answer the questions why Lame did not explain the rejection decision.

Of course, before this incriminating silence, the answer is self-evident to every citizen.

But in defense of the public interest, and to bring to light this theft of 224 thousand square meters of land, I emphasize once again that it is the biggest theft of land in 32 years after what Pëllumb Gjoka stole in Velipoja, today to pose some more questions to the public, the thief of Gjipe, Edvin Gjipeja, specifically:

1 - Did you engage the famous architect Winy Maas, the thief of Gjipe, for the study of 224 thousand square meters of stolen land in Gjipe?

2 - If yes, in what year did you engage him, did you send him to Gjipe to study the stolen land and when did you send him?

3 – If you sent the famous architect Winy Maas to Gjipe, did you send him somewhere high up in the mountains and far away from the sea or by the water, fixed at the foot of the amazing canyon of Gjipe?

4 – Has the famous architect Winy Maas done any project for the development of the area and for a tourist resort on the stolen or looted land of Gjipe bay without any cadastral or expropriation documents to prove the ownership of your late mother and her family members her on this earth?

5 - If the famous architect has done such a project, he has done it somewhere high up in the mountains, far from the water's edge or kalivaç on the most protected natural monument of the entire coast of Albania, which is the amazing canyon of Gjipe, by the water and in the most panoramic and touristic area of ??the Albanian coast?

6 - Finally, how much did you pay the famous architect Winy Maas for the project of the looted land in Gjipe Bay and with what funds did you pay one of the most expensive architects in Europe, if you did?

7 - The Albanian public is waiting for answers to these questions, which seem to have the fate of the first, but the lie has short legs and with it the two-meter-tall thief of 224 thousand square meters of land in the most panoramic area and the most touristic of the Albanian coast, the Gulf of Gjipe.
