A protest has started on the Thumanë-Kashar highway for several days. Residents have protested the expropriations before, while they have already been raised for highway entrances and exits.

But beyond these, CNA has discovered from confidential sources that people of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, are instigating the Thumana protest.

This started months ago and with a single purpose, to divert attention and encourage other protests besides the one happening in front of the capital's City Hall.

Recent polls reveal Erion Veliaj as the most hated character in Albania and as the most corrupt politician.  The mayor of Tirana has started moving, to divert attention from these facts, with blows, with very disgusting actions and behind the back.

To confirm this, it is enough to follow the media directed by the mayor Veliaj, where the first news is a protest, which is many times smaller than what happens in front of the Municipality of Tirana.

CNA has been able to provide quite confidential data, soon it will publish the names of some officials of the Municipality of Tirana, who pay anonymous portals, but also the media that shadow the mayor in these hot days and the problems he has in SPAK.

Mayor Veliaj is trying at all costs to draw attention from the scandals and affairs that have "cracked" in his municipality, he is trying hard to create big noises to make everyone in the Socialist Party and the government dirty, up to attacks to Prime Minister Edi Rama.

All these efforts are to make it possible to escape from the affair and the scandals, which are a continuous and unstoppable pressure on SPAK, which, through the opposition protests, demands the arrest of the mayor of Tirana as a thief./ CNA
