Luli secures the victory/ After Kulluri, he takes the former deputy cowboys of Rama

Lul Basha has secured victory in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

This victory comes because of his union with Edi Rama's former cowboy MP, Eduart Ndocaj.

Luli has recruited Ndocaj e Rama, after taking Edvin Kulluri from Sali Berisha.
