Kryetari i grupit parlamentar socialist, Taulant Balla i pyetur nëse do t’i përgjigjen kërkesës së opozitës për ngritjen e një komisioni hetimor për çështjen e dosjes së agjentit të FBI, nuk ka dhënë një përgjigje konkrete.
“Lidhur me komisionet hetimore ne kemi ngritur një komision të posaçëm për ngritjen e komisioneve parlamentare dhe që lidhet me vendimet e Gjykatës Kushtetuese. Janë plot 6 të tilla dhe që duhet të adresohen edhe nga Kuvendi i Shqipëri. Që nga viti 2004 deri më sot në vitin 2022 nuk janë future në legjislacion vendimet e Gjykatës Kushtetuese.
Sa i përket kësaj çështjeje mund të them që kemi të bëjmë me një rast të veçantë, që çdo parlament do të zgjidhte të njëjtin parim. Kemi një person ‘non grata’ nga SHBA që është turpi këtij Kuvendit dhe ne me vendimmarrjen tonë politike nuk do ta marrim në konsideratë firmën e tij”, ka thënë ai./CNA.al
