The hearing in the Constitutional Court on the DP's request for the repeal of the VKM for the confiscation of properties is postponed. It is learned that the next session will be held on April 26 at 10:00.

28 PD MPs have requested the abolition as incompatible with the Constitution of the Ministry of Justice for the rules and procedures for the confiscation for public interest of buildings built without permission for the purpose of profit.

The MPs demand the repeal of VKM with the argument that it is contrary to the Constitution as it violates the equality of citizens before the law./ CNA.al
