Roland Bejko raises accusations/ Berisha is the lever of Rama and Veliaj

The opposition has described Enkelejd Alibeaj's candidates for the May 14 elections as levers of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

But the PD candidate for Tirana, Roland Bejko, has denied these accusations. Bejko said in a TV appearance that Rama's lever is the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

Also, he claims that Berisha is also the lever of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

“Atëherë, në rast se unë do isha levë e Edi Ramës dhe e Erjon Veliajt,  duhet një argument për këtë. Argumentin e kemi ne, që themi se Sali Berisha është levë e Edi Ramës dhe Erion Veliajt, sepse në këtë studio dhe me radhë, në të gjithë mjedisin publik, mediatik edhe politik shqiptar, po të doni, nga ana e Partisë Demokratike, nga ana e drejtuesve të saj, i është shtrirë dora e bashkëpunimit z. Berisha, dhe vetë Foltores, që në këto zgjedhje të dalim, të bashkëpunojmë në nivel lokal. Dhe jo vetëm kaq, po është kërkuar disa herë kjo gjë dhe disa herë është refuzuar nga z. Berisha. Ai që do të fitojë, unë kam qenë vetë kryetar lokal, do të duhet të bashkojë të gjitha zërat opozitarë, madje edhe më shumë, kërkon elektoratin gri.
