Former President Bamir Topi spoke this Sunday about SPAK's investigations on January 21, 2011, where 4 protesters were killed on the boulevard.
Topi was asked if he will testify about this event if called by the Special Prosecutor's Office.
He stated in a television interview that he will go to SPAK if called by special prosecutors.
"I don't know if I will be asked, but I know that the relationship with an institution is a mandatory relationship in communication. Depending on the request, I will definitely go. So far there has not been a request", said Bamir Topi./ CNA
