The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Taulant Balla, has announced that on October 15 of this year we will have the second intergovernmental conference with the European Union.

"We will have the second intergovernmental conference on October 15 between Albania and the European Union. Historic moment and a new context created after a difficult decision-making by the European Union not to penalize Albania and to separate our country from North Macedonia. Difficult context for the EU in the last 4-5 years and the best for Albania. The EU has reached the conclusion that Albania has done well."
