The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted after the plenary session, where the opposition protested violently, physically clashing with the employees of the Republic Guard and burning the chairs.

At the nocturnal protest of his supporters, Berisha greeted the opposition MPs, as he described their protest as a victory battle.

The former prime minister declared that the opposition's struggle should inspire every citizen to stand up in a civil disobedience battle with all its means.
