Gogu-Berisha: You stigmatized the ambassador because of his sexual orientation

Minister of State for Parliamentary Relations, Tonin Gogu, addressed the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, for accusing the EU ambassador of doing politics because of his sexual orientation.

Gogu said that the draft law "On Gender Equality" does not affect the family code and does not redefine civil status. He added that the draft law has European values ??and standards.

"You stigmatized him because of his sexual orientation. You said that because of his sexual orientation he is doing politics for himself. The European Commission came out and said that gender equality and non-discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation are in the basic charter of European citizenship.
