At the Special Appeal hearing against Veliaj, SPAK prosecutors presented new evidence and facts against the mayor, showing how he had ordered pressure to be exerted and prosecutors to be attacked.

CNA has learned that when the facts and evidence were presented, Erion Veliaj admitted them to the court. Veliaj has not denied at any time that he is the author of those messages.
