The economic expert, Meri Lika, has discovered the defect of the Government, as she was speaking during a conversation of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, with experts, business representatives and family members about the high prices.

“Qeveria ka një defekt shumë të madh, sepse ka një luhatshmëri të madhe të legjislacionit tatimor. Është shumë i paqëndrueshëm. Ndryshon jo me plan strategjik, por sipas interesave që ka Qeveria. Në një analizë të thjeshtë që i kam bërë, nga 1993 deri në 2013, legjislacioni tatimor ka ndryshuar vetëm 12 herë. Nga 2013 deri më tani ka ndryshuar 42 herë. Dhe pritet që të bëhet një ndryshim tjetër, që do të prekë më keq biznesin, sidomos biznesin e vogël që do ta taksojnë me 23 %.
